To the extent that our website and apps can provide their functionality without requiring your personal info, we will avoid collecting any personal data from you. The APP may allow you to share certain information with third party websites by posting to your account on those third party websites. For example, you could choose to share with a social network or other third party certain information about your activity on the APP. Also, your interactions with third party widgets on the APP may send information to that third party if you have an account with that third party. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of these third parties and websites and, therefore, you should review their privacy policies and practices prior to agreeing to share your information.
You may be presented with an opportunity to receive information and/or marketing offers from one or more third parties. If you agree at that time to have your Personal Data shared, your Personal Data will be disclosed to that third party (or parties) and will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of that third party. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties and, therefore, you should review the privacy policies and practices of third parties prior to agreeing to share your information. We generally retain Personal Data to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it or as disclosed to you at the point of collection, as well as for the purposes of satisfying any applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we may consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. When we no longer require the Personal Data we have collected about you, we may either delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing.
Data of Moyea users will be stored by default in the infrastructure of Qiniu Cloud（Los Angeles, California, USA）or a similar cloud service provider. In addition, Moyea may need to engage service providers in other countries and share your Personal Data with them for purposes such as providing the Services. At the same time, in all cases, we will ensure that all transfers of Personal Data comply with applicable legal requirements, and we transfer data through HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) to ensure the security of the data.
The security of your data is important to us. We will not provide user data to any third party under unauthorized or unregulated circumstances, nor will we use it in any scenarios that are not necessary for business purposes. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Therefore, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that you transmit certain Personal Data over this APP or any linked or affiliated websites is at your own risk.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. Our Service Providers may have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Firebase: Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (US). It helps us collect and analyze user behavior data within the app to improve our services and enhance user experience. We will use Google Appupdate SDK to determine if an update is available and what the size of the update is expected to be in Moyea. The Google Appupdate SDK will collect your device metadata, application version, list of modules and asset packs installed. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (including Children).
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us according to the 'Contact Us' section of our privacy policy. If we become aware that the Personal Data from children has been collected without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
We provide you the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use and sharing of your information. In accordance with applicable law, your controls/rights and choices may include:

Moreover, we do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. Therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites, mobile applications and online services you use. Do Not Track. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar signals.

Targeted Advertising. The Service does not have a targeted push function and does not collect your browsing history, consumption behavior, or other information to personalize advertising.
